Screens for Multi-Slide & Large Patio Doors in New Santa Clarita Homes

Retractable screens for the big patio doors in Santa Clarita’s newest homes.

New homes in Valencia by FivePoint, Tesoro Highlands, Williams Ranch and other new Santa Clarita neighborhoods are being built with tri-panel sliders and wide multi-slide patio doors. They open the house to the backyard, but most builders don’t offer a screen for them. A large-opening retractable screen fixes that: it pulls across the opening when you want air without bugs, and rolls away out of sight when you don’t.

Which Screen Fits Your Door

New Neighborhoods We Serve

Valencia by FivePoint (Confluence Village, formerly Mission Village)

The new master-planned community west of I-5 off Magic Mountain Parkway, formerly known as Newhall Ranch. Many homes here have wide sliding patio doors that open onto courtyards and backyards.

Tesoro Highlands and Tesoro del Valle

Gated hillside neighborhoods above Tesoro del Valle, including the 55+ villas. Big views mean big patio doors, and screens that disappear when not in use keep the view clear.

Williams Ranch

Newer homes with large-opening patio doors, served on the same schedule as the rest of the Santa Clarita Valley.

Other New Construction

We also install in newer tracts across Valencia, Saugus, Castaic and Stevenson Ranch, and throughout Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.

HOA Approval

New communities have architectural guidelines. We provide spec sheets, color options and photos for your HOA application. See HOA-approved screens.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will a retractable screen fit the tri-panel sliding door in my new home?

Usually, yes. Tri-panel sliders, stacking multi-slide doors, pocket doors and bifolds are exactly what large-opening retractable screens are made for. We measure the opening and check the mounting surfaces at a free estimate and tell you which system fits.

Phantom XL or Wizard VistaView Plus: which is better for a new-construction patio door?

Phantom XL is a great fit for most tri-panel and multi-slide openings and can stop partway. Wizard VistaView Plus is built for the widest and tallest openings. We bring samples to the estimate so you can compare them on your own door.

How much does a screen for a large patio door cost?

Phantom XL starts at $3,000 and Wizard VistaView Plus starts at $5,000, installed. The final price depends on the width, height and options such as motorization. Financing is available.

Will my HOA approve it?

Most new communities have design guidelines for exterior changes. We provide spec sheets, colors and photos for your architectural review application, and the housings are made to blend with the door frame.

Can you install right after I close escrow or move in?

Yes. Once the patio door is installed and the stucco or trim around it is finished, we can measure and install. Many homeowners schedule the estimate during their walkthrough window.

Which new neighborhoods do you serve?

We serve all of the Santa Clarita Valley, including Valencia by FivePoint (Confluence Village, formerly Mission Village), Tesoro Highlands, Williams Ranch, Castaic, Stevenson Ranch and Saugus, plus Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
